CSCS Gold Supervisor Card
CSCS Gold Supervisor Card is assigned to for Supervisor working in a Construction site.
This card is available for supervisor and technical occupations subject to the achievement of (any one of the following):
- Construction Related Supervisory/Technical NVQ or SVQ Level 3 or 4
- Occupational Work Supervision NVQ or SVQ Level 3 (including proof of endorsed occupation).
New and Renew card is valid for five years.
Everyone applying must have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test for Supervisors in the last 2 years. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
What should I do, if my CSCS Gold Supervisor Card has been lost or stolen?
If you have lost your Card or it was stolen, then you can order a replacement for your CSCS Card. Complete the Application Form and a physical copy will be delivered at your doorstep within the next 5-7 working days.
