Welcome to Construction Training Certification By accessing our website, booking our services, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and our Deduction, Reschedule, Cancellation, and Refund Policy. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users (“you,” “your”) engaging with our services. Construction Training Certification (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides training, testing, and certification booking support. By using our website or services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. General Booking Rules

• ▸ You are responsible for providing accurate details when making bookings. Incorrect information may cause delays or additional charges.
• ▸ If an error occurs due to our side, corrections will be made free of cost.
• ▸ Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• ▸ Refund requests must be submitted within 180 days of payment. After this period, refunds are not possible.
• ▸ Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days.
• ▸ Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 08:00–18:00 and responds to queries within 24 hours

3. Definitions

• ▸ Service:: Any training, testing, booking, or support offered by us.
• ▸ Content: All course materials, website content, and learning resources.
• ▸ User: Any individual booking or using our services.

4. CITB Test Bookings

• ▸ We only facilitate booking; test dates/times are controlled by CITB and subject to change.
• ▸ Preferred Test Centre selection is allowed but not guaranteed. If unavailable, we will arrange the nearest available option or reschedule with you.
• ▸ Reschedule / Cancellation Policy:
  • ◈ Must be made ≥4 days before test date → eligible for refund/reschedule.
  • ◈ Less than 4 days → no refund
  • ◈ Discounted bookings → non-refundable but may be rescheduled (≥4 days’ notice).
• ▸ Charges:
  • ◈ Standard Test: £45 (includes test fee £22.50 + service/admin fee).
  • ◈ “Test + Retake” Package: £45 initial + £20 discounted retake if failed on first attempt. Retake fee is non-refundable if first attempt is passed.
  • ◈ Cancellation ≥4 days before: refund of £22.50 (CITB fee) only, service fee is non-refundable.
  • ◈ Cancellation of “Test + Retake” ≥4 days: refund of £35, service fee deducted.
• ▸ Candidate Responsibility:
  • ◈ Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  • ◈ Carry valid ID (Passport or UK Driving Licence).
  • ◈ No refunds for late arrivals, transport delays, or missed appointments.

5. Online Courses

• ▸ Courses may be completed in one go or over several days/weeks.
• ▸ Assessments require a laptop/PC with internet, webcam, microphone, and speakers.
• ▸ Course fees are non-refundable once enrolled.
• ▸ Retakes are allowed but are chargeable
• ▸ If an account is inactive for 3 months, licences may be removed. They can be reactivated for free by contacting support.

6. CSCS Card Bookings

• ▸ We only process card applications; issuance is solely the responsibility of CSCS.
• ▸ Fee: £60 (includes £36 CSCS fee + service/admin fee).
• ▸ If CSCS rejects your application, no refund is available.
• ▸ Typical delivery: 3–5 working days post-approval (delays possible).
• ▸ Cancellation requests are subject to a £24 admin/cancellation fee.
• ▸ Only official CSCS cards are handled by us, not affiliated or third-party cards.

7. Revision Materials

• ▸ Books/DVDs are shipped by CITB, not by us.
• ▸ Average delivery: 10 working days, though delays (e.g., COVID-19) may occur.
• ▸ Price includes product + our admin/service fee.
• ▸ Upon cancellation: only the product cost is refundable; service/admin fees are non-refundable.
• ▸ Refunds are only possible within 14 days of purchase, subject to an £8 cancellation fee.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials, resources, and website content remain the property of Construction Training Certification. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute them without written consent.

9. Liability Limits

• ▸ Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
• ▸ We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate services.
• ▸ We are not responsible for damages arising from your reliance on our services, including delays, cancellations, or third-party issues.
• ▸ We are not liable for missed tests, transport failures, or late arrivals.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, breach of Terms, or provision of incorrect information.
