CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card is assigned to the Skilled Worker who are specialised in a specific construction field; for example: Painting, Plastering, Carpentry, Bricklaying etc

You can apply for this CSCS Blue Skilled Card if you have, any one of the following:

• Completed a construction-related NVQ or SVQ Level 2, OR
• Finished an apprenticeship, such as an employer-sponsored programme, a City & Guilds of London Institute Craft Certificate, or a CSCS-approved Trailblazer.

If you don’t have these qualifications but have experience in your trade, you can enroll in a qualification that matches your trade. After registering, you can apply for a Red Experienced Worker Card.

New and Renew application are valid for 5 years.

Everyone applying must have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test in the last 2 years, at the correct level for the trade you’re applying for. Make sure the test matches your trade. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

If you're renewing your CSCS Card issued through Industry Accreditation, then it'll expire on 31st Dec 2024. The reason is the withdrawal of the Grandfather rights.

What should I do, if my CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card has been lost or stolen?

If you have lost your Card or it was stolen, then you can order a replacement for your CSCS Card Complete the Application Form and a physical copy will be delivered at your doorstep within the next 5-7 working days.
